All sales are final. You understand and accept that once you place an order, it cannot be canceled, and the products cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged, except as explicitly stated in this policy.
We do not provide any warranties for the products sold on our website. If a product is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, you must obtain warranty service directly from the manufacturer at your own expense, following the instructions provided in the warranty.
All products are recommended to be inspected by you, prior to accepting the delivery of your order. A delivery may be refused if you receive a damaged product or the product does not match your order. If you accept delivery, we allow up to 7 days to be contacted regarding damages during delivery, product was not as ordered, or the product is not powering on upon arrival. If a product is defective, you have up to 14 days to contact us after delivery to obtain a refund or replacement. A defective unit is a unit that is brand new, powers on, but doesn’t operate within the manufacturer’s specifications.
Any used products purchased from this site are sold “as is” and without any warranty. If you receive a product that does not power on upon arrival, you may contact us within 7 days of delivery to request either a refund or replacement.
If a product does not power on upon arrival or is defective, we may accept a return or refund, as long as you contact us within the specified time period. All returned items must be sent back in their original condition, and return shipping must be paid by you. Products that are labeled final sale on this site cannot be returned or exchanged.
In order to initiate a return, contact us for permission and assistance before shipping products back. You will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges and fees, and we highly recommend purchasing insurance for your return shipment that provides proof of delivery. You will be responsible for any damages or loss. Failure to report defects or other issues within the 14 day period following delivery, releases us from any obligation to provide a refund or replacement.
Refunds can take up to 10 business days to process following the arrival of the returned items. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method that was used to purchase the items on this site.
